Site visit to South Elmsall today where we are on site for Next

The retailer has been given the go-ahead to build a new warehouse in West Yorkshire.

In order to extend its current site in South Elmsall, near Wakefield, and make way for the 852,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre, NEXT has contracted CORE to clear space which means the relocation of the existing travelling ‘showpeoples’ site. This land will be redeveloped as a car park for the warehouse.
