Following planning approval for a new £125m warehouse in West Yorkshire for retail giant Next, CORE was awarded a major package of works in October 2020.

The works comprise of a new roundabout and reconstruction of existing roads together with construction of Showmans accommodation area.

The development – on Field Lane in South Elmsall proposed development will comprise 780,000 sq ft warehouse space, ancillary office and welfare accommodation, and a bridge and gatehouse to link the new facility with Next’s existing operations.
